Wine

Local Monterey County Wines

Sparkling Rose

The Diver - Brilliant rose gold in color, the Rosé Brut sparkling wine opens with soft notes of watermelon, kiwi and a beautiful yeasty quality that invites you in. The palate is elegant, with cherry, floral, and a creamy texture that has a bright finish.

Reisling

Scratch- Big acid, bright minerality, grapefruit and lemon with a hint of flowers. There is no residual sugar in this wine so it is not sweet at all, it is completely dry. From the rocky, loamy Kristy’s Vineyard

Chardonnay

Paysan- Aromatics of dried hay, tangerine, fresh pineapple and lemon curd that open up to lightly buttered brioche. Palate has a decidedly saline character overlain with notes of orange zest, pineapple, buttercream and a hint of cedar

Pinot Noir

DeTierra Vineyards - Bright aromas of pomegranate, raspberry and orange rind meet with lively pinches of wild, dewy herbs and the hint of green peppercorns on the nose

Cotes Du Crow's "GSM Blend"

Morgan Winery - This red wine has a dark ruby red color, and a heavy consistency that sticks to the edges of the glass. The flavors are raspberry and cherry, along with a light woody tannin
