A selection of drinks from our brewhouse, other local breweries and some of our Cali favorites. Our selection is ever changing, so what we have on tap when you arrive, might be slightly different that what you saw online. We also have a nice selection of NA drinks available.

BEERS ON TAP

We have a rolling assortment of beers on tap, changing every few days depending on what and how much you are drinking! We love experimenting with recipes and brew weekly. Here is a sampling of what you "might" find when you come in….

American Beauty (6.5%) 44 IBU

West Coast IPA loaded with Simcoe and Mosaic hops and hop oils.

Hop Fog Hazy IPA (7%)

Hazy IPA with Krush, El Dorado and Galaxy hops.

GusGus Goose

Easy drinking Golden Ale with sweet malty notes up front and a nice toasty finish.

Wookiee. (4.7%)

Our delicious Hyb"red" Red Ale. Using an Irish malt and hop profile with American yeast makes for an awesome malty amber with a clean, dry finish.

GUEST BEERS AND CIDER

Just as our own beers are always changing, we also like to bring in new beers from around the area often. You will find us bringing in local beers from Other Brother Beer, and Alvarado Street, as well as some of our favorite Cali breweries like Russian River Brewing Co.

Paysan - Light-bodied. Aromatic explosion on the nose. Crisp, tart, clean with bright acidity on the palate

Sparkling Rose

The Diver - Brilliant rose gold in color, the Rosé Brut sparkling wine opens with soft notes of watermelon, kiwi and a beautiful yeasty quality that invites you in. The palate is elegant, with cherry, floral, and a creamy texture that has a bright finish.

Pinot Noir

Tassajara - sustainably grown Pino Noir with rich black cherry flavors and a smooth, silky finish. Aromas of black cherries, raspberries and currants.

Shale Canyon - Floral bouquet of violets with essence of strawberries. notes of cherry with dark berry and a hint of black pepper and thyme. Long finish with minerals and firm tannins.

Odonata - small batch wines known for earthy, fruity notes (strawberry, cherry, leather) with good balance, acidity, and food-friendliness, reflecting the Sangiovese grape's Italian roots in a Californian style
